EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please read the return policy carefully before sending your item back to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Please send an email to yarzluxewear@gmail.comm with your order number, full name, and reason for return before returning the item.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange or store credit (excluding any previous shipping costs).
  • We only refund shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or if there is an error with the order.

Item Condition

  • Any item returned to us must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. The item should be free of fragrance, stains, and marks.

Exchange or Store Credit Processing

  • Exchanges for a similar item or store credit will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges or store credits will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in original, unworn condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed as store credit in the form of a code sent via email. Refunds for the cost of the item will only be issued if there is an error with your order or if the item is damaged.
  • Please note, it may take up to 5 working days for the store credit to clear, depending on your payment provider.

Right to Withhold

  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition, has been worn, or is damaged.

Return Shipping

  • We do not provide a pre-paid return label. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your protection, we recommend sending the return via a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost items during return shipping.
  • Once we process your exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchange item back to you.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items bought on sale or clearance are final sale. They can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we can amend custom items to suit your requirements (if needed).

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Some items are made to order and some are ready to ship, as indicated in the item description. For made-to-order items, we can only accept exchanges for a similar item or offer store credit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at yarzluxewear@gmail.com before returning the item. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS / RETURN TO SENDER

In cases where an order is undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package), the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not responsible for items returned to sender due to issues with delivery.
